Days Presence Tracker (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the App.

We do not collect any personal information from users on our servers.
The App stores your data locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework and may synchronize it across your devices using Apple iCloud, if enabled.
2. Use of Data
All data you enter into the App (such as dates, stays, or presence periods) is:
- Stored locally on your device
- Optionally synchronized using Apple iCloud (depending on your device and iCloud settings)
We do not collect, transmit, analyze, or have access to your personal data.
3. iCloud and Apple Services
If iCloud is enabled on your device and the App has iCloud permissions:
- Your data may be synchronized across your Apple devices using Apple’s secure iCloud infrastructure
- This process is handled entirely by Apple
We do not operate our own servers and do not access or transmit your data outside of Apple’s systems.

4. Third-Party Access
We do not share your data with third parties.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
5. Your Rights
Because the App does not collect or process personal data on external servers, there are no data access, correction, or deletion requests to submit to us.

- The App itself
- Your device settings
- Your Apple ID and iCloud settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document and, where appropriate, within the App.
